Fixed Tow Bar: Permanently mounted to the vehicle's chassis. It is robust, more affordable, and ideal if you tow regularly. Styles include the standard Flange (bolted faceplate) or Swan Neck (slimline, less likely to trigger parking sensors).

Detachable Tow Bar: Can be removed when not in use. It offers a cleaner aesthetic, prevents shin bumps, and keeps the mechanism clear when you don't need to haul a trailer, caravan, or bike rack. Available in horizontal or vertical release actions.

2. Vehicle Assessment:

Technicians verify your vehicle's specific towing capacity via the VIN plate and select an SABS-approved or OEM-compatible tow bar.

3. Bumper & Trim Adjustment:

The rear bumper is often carefully removed or trimmed underneath to allow direct chassis attachment.

4. Chassis Mounting,Wiring & Electrics:

Side arms and crossbars are bolted directly into pre-approved factory mounting points on the vehicle frame. A 7-pin or 13-pin electrical socket is installed and wired into your vehicle’s lighting system to power trailer indicators and brake lights.
